Everyone needs a workout that they actually get excited about.
Sounds crazy, right? Believe it or not, for me, it was 2k test days! Yep. I loved 2k days. I love the fact that I knew that there was going to be a warmup, two 2000m pieces, and a cool down. For me it was focused and scheduled. I knew exactly what to expect.
Today we are starting a new feature. Every week we are going to share a workout that we have done ourselves, coached, learned from another coach we know. Some will be simple, some will be complex. We hope that you will find a few that you enjoy enough to try out.
